ExcelMail is the most efficient way to send emails imported from an excel file. You can input the email adresses of the email to/cc/bcc recipients and static or personalized email body on
your spreadsheet. You no longer need to type your email body on your iPhone.
ExcelMail is also the easier way to send email to groups. Using email templates feature , you can reuse often-used emails. You can import/export your email templates from/to an excel file.

★ Insert the tags ({nickname},{firstname},{lastname},{nickname},{jobtitle} etc) in your email body in order to create personalized email. When you use this, all the email body will have a
personal look and feel. For example:

★ Save bulk email you send to an excel file. Using this file you can send this email again.
★ Transfer documents as email attachment via USB/WiFi/Email, or select images from photo library as attachment on your iphone.

1.Flexible format of the spreadsheet for importing.
You can type your personalized email in your spreadsheet. You can define global tags or local tags (also known as column headings). Here’s an example of a spreadsheet.
2.Import Bulk Email from Excel via USB/WiFi/Email
You can import the email with subject, personalized body,recipients and attachment from a zip file(contains an excel file and documents as attachment)
1) via USB.
The import file should be saved in the app’s File Sharing folder. you must connect your iPhone to your computer via USB cable, access the File Sharing pane (where you can transfer the import file
from your computer to your iPhone) in iTunes.
2) via WiFi.
You simply type an address(e.g. http://192.168.1.101:8080) into your computer’s web browser to upload the import file.
3) via Email.
If the attached file is an Excel file or a zip file, you can tap and hold the attachment icon in the email, select "Open In..." and then choose "ExcelMail".
3.Send Email with attachment directly.
ExcelMail can send bulk email directly on your iPhone.Only need 5 steps.
1) Add recipients
You can select the whole group, or only certain personnel.
2) Type email subject and body
You can type email subject and body or choose a template. You can also insert the tag to create personalized email.
3) Add attachment
You can add documents as attachment. All documents are saved in the app’s File Sharing foler. You can transfer documents from your PC via USB/WiFi/Email. you can also pick an image from
your iPhone’s photo library.
4) Send now
The app will launch the Mail app with the recipients,subject,body and attachment already entered. You only need to tap “Send” to send the email.
5) Save Mail
You can optionally save the email (include subject, body, all recipients and attachment) to a zip file.
4. Create your Email templates
You can create your own Email templates once and use them with ease to send the email over and over again. You can organize your templates in groups. You can export all your templates to an excel
file from your iPhone to your computer via USB/WiFi/Email. You can input your templates in an excel file and import to your iPhone via USB/WiFi/Email.
5. Assign contact to multiple groups.
Allow contacts to be member of multiple groups. That means a person can belong to multiple groups. We upgraded the Group Management module, it can let you assign several contact
groups to one person.
3. Create your Email templates

How to access File Sharing
1. Connect your iPhone to your computer via the Dock Connector USB cable.
2. Launch iTunes . Click on the device in the left side of the iTunes window.
3. Click on the “Apps” button at the top of the main pane.
4. Scroll down and you will see the File Sharing pane.
5. Select ExcelMail from the left column.
6. Click the Add… button , locate the file you want to transfer and click Choose.
