Excellent - everyone needs this app

With iCloud on the horizon you may not know why you need this app - the reason is not because sync software loses all contacts but because every so often individual contacts that you add on your iPhone, Outlook, etc. simply disappear. You may have a copy in the clouds but a specific edit may be lost. This app lets you save periodic backups (like time machine) from which you can find, copy, and paste the critical missing info. You don't need a cloud, just somewhere (eg a CD) to store excel files.

Nie wieder Probleme mit der Bearbeitung und Synchronisation von Kontaktdaten. Die App funktioniert prima und völlig problemlos. Man kann die Kontakte auf dem PC bearbeiten, Bilder hinzufügen, die Reihenfolge zwischen Telefon-, Fax- und Mobil-Nummern bestimmen und auch neue Kontakte hinzufügen. Ich bin sehr zufrieden und kann sie nur empfehlen!




Forma muito prática de transferir os contatos. Comigo funcionou perfeitamente, mesmo com muitos dados (+ de 1.000 contatos).

Does just what it says. The interface isn't quite as sleek as some other apps, but the functionality is all there. I can now easily send a customized text to a group of hundreds of contacts at once!

This application is great. It is VERY easy to use. This is the best money I have spent in years. If you don't have this application, you need to get it. Also if you are unable to figure out anything, the customer support is great. ( I know I can't spell.) You do need to know that templete can be moved between two templetes. You just have to get the templates. This application is easy and fun to use.

How to create your own lists

Method 1:You can create an empty list according an existing list on the app directly. Enter into the list you want to copy, tap the button on the bottom-left corner, and tap “Create an empty list”.

Method 2: Choose an existing list and export it to get a template excel file or just create a new blank excel file. Then edit the spreadsheet according to your own needs. Please refer to “Create a new list in an excel spreadsheet” below.

The app only supports excel files in Excel 97-2003 format (.xls). So please make sure you save your excel file in the right format before import. A complete excel file contains three parts: List’s Properties, Drop-down Lists, and List’s Main body.

List’s Properties: Include information of list’s title, author, created time and date, the last modified time and date, etc. You can just skip this section and edit them on the app directly later on after you import.

Edit list’s properties on the app directly: Select the list, tap the button on the bottom-left corner, tap Properties and you can edit the list’s properties here.

  • Check Box:

ON: Allow to make a mark after the item has been completed

OFF: Not allow to check items in the list

  • Due Date:

ON:Allow to set a due date for each item in the list

OFF: Disable due date

  • Total Row:

ON:Allow to add up columns that in “number”, “decimal” & “money” data types.

OFF: Disable adding up

Drop-down Lists: A drop-down list is similar to a list box which allows you to choose one value from a list. There are two types you can create: one level drop-down list and two level drop-down list.

No matter how many drop-down lists you want to create, start with entering the keyword DDList in a blank row.

  • Create a one level drop-down list:

Add a new row below DDList. Then enter:

(DDList_Title), [value1], [value2], [value3]…

For example:

  • Create a two level drop-down list:

Add a new row below DDList. Then enter:

(DDList_Title), [value1], [value2]…                       

(DDList_Title[value1]), [value1_1], [value1_2], [value1_3]…  

(DDList_Title[value2]), [value2_1], [value2_2], [value2_3]…  

For example:

  • Amend the existing drop-down lists on the app:

Select the list. Tap the button on the bottom-left corner and tap Properties. All existing drop-down lists are shown at the bottom. You can only amend them but can’t create a new one.

List’s Main Body: In this part, the first and the second row is where you define custom fields. These fields are the detail information an item contains. Name the fields in the first row freely and then specify each field’s data type in the cell below. Please select suitable keywords from the table “All data types” below.

  • Set a field to “ddlist” data type:

The syntax:

text; ddlist= DDLIST_TITLE

Mind the punctuation. It’s a semicolon. E.g. Consider the same example above, we get: “text; ddlist=category”.

  • Set a field to “formula” data type:

The syntax:

Type_of_Return; formula= CUSTOM_FORMULA

The types of return value can be decimal, money, number and text.
