Excellent - everyone needs this app

With iCloud on the horizon you may not know why you need this app - the reason is not because sync software loses all contacts but because every so often individual contacts that you add on your iPhone, Outlook, etc. simply disappear. You may have a copy in the clouds but a specific edit may be lost. This app lets you save periodic backups (like time machine) from which you can find, copy, and paste the critical missing info. You don't need a cloud, just somewhere (eg a CD) to store excel files.

Geniale App !!!

All-in-1 List

All in 1 List simply put: "Superb"

by Bob Miller on Wednesday, Jun 4, 2014 version 1.2.1
I needed flexibility and customization in a user-friendly environment. SamApp provides the tool sets for just that. The app lets me use Excel sheets that are tailored to my needs and the import/export utility allows me to work with and back up the data on my terms. It's total access to your data available in a universal format. No matter how or what you do with your data, SamApp - All in 1 List will bring it to your mobile screen in an orderly and consistent fashion. Loving it!

Works like a charm!

Does just what it says. The interface isn't quite as sleek as some other apps, but the functionality is all there. I can now easily send a customized text to a group of hundreds of contacts at once!

This application is great. It is VERY easy to use. This is the best money I have spent in years. If you don't have this application, you need to get it. Also if you are unable to figure out anything, the customer support is great. ( I know I can't spell.) You do need to know that templete can be moved between two templetes. You just have to get the templates. This application is easy and fun to use.

Help Index > Format your excel for importing

The contents of excel spreadsheet can mainly divided into two parts: column headers in the first row and the rest contacts’ detail information rows. Each column header name must be a valid property name. Each row represents one contact, if firstname, middlename, lastname, and company are all empty, this row cannot be imported.

Column headers

Column headers must be valid property names, otherwise the app will beep on error when you import. Above picture is a list of all valid column headers.

Just choose the column headers you need from Prat I & Part II.

l  choose the column headers you need from Prat I & Part III.

l  You have to define your own column headers if you want to make custom labels for phone numbers. The format is <CustomLabel>Phone, eg: CarPhone, PrivatePhone.

l  If you have multiple mobile numbers, the column headers should be “Mobile1”, “Mobile2”,etc. Similarly, column headers for multiple work phone numbers are “WorkPhone1”,”WorkPhone2”, etc.

l  Column headers for multiple email addresses are “EmailAddress1”,”EmailAddress2”, etc. Similarly, for multiple website urls are "WebsiteURLs1", "WebsiteURLs2", etc.

l  You can use Mixed column headers and Separate column heads in one excel spreadsheet for importing, which means column headers as follows is allowed:

l  Since only custom labels defined for phone numbers can be imported and exported in Separate properties style, Mixed would be a better choice if you want to keep all the customs labels.

l If you find the format a little too complicated, we suggest you edit an example contacts with all the properties you need in your iPhone, then export it to get a template excel file. Next time you can enter contact information directly without worrying about the column headers' validness.

Enter contacts' information

If you edit excel in Separate style, then no particular format required in cells. But for Mixed style, the values in the cells of these properties should follow specific format: Phonenumbers, Addressed, EmailAddresses, WebsitURLs, InstantMessageIDs, AssociatedDates.(Format is shown below)

l  the Country Code should be an ISO 3166 country code, for example gb: United Kingdom, us: United States. If Empty, use default country on your iPhone.

l  The size of input for “Note” is limited to 4KB. The part in excess will lose.

l  If cells’ date type is set to TEXT, when you enter date, five ways for your choice:

l Use ALT+Enter to make a line break in one cell.

Add contact photos

Method 1: Insert photos into the corresponding cells in Excel file directly.

Method 2:

Step 1: Create a folder named "images". Copy all photos into it.

Step 2: Enter the photo filename including file extension in excel file.
